Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original reusable packaging and include the completed return form inside the parcel.
Label and Post
Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
